These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of sharplinepainting.co ("the Website") and any painting services provided by Sharpline Painting Co. ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Website or requesting service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Sharpline Painting Co. provides interior painting services for multifamily apartment units in Utah County and Salt Lake County, Utah. We do not provide exterior painting, single-family home painting, or commercial painting.
Service details including scope, pricing, and scheduling are confirmed in writing before work begins.
2. Quotes and Estimates
Quotes provided by our AI receptionist, website, or written estimates are approximate and based on the information you provide. Final pricing is confirmed after a representative reviews the unit details. We reserve the right to revise estimates if conditions differ from what was initially described.
3. Scheduling and Cancellation
- Appointments are scheduled through our receptionist, website, or direct contact with our team.
- You may reschedule or cancel an appointment at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice.
- Same-day cancellations may incur a fee to cover allocated crew time.
- We may reschedule due to weather, safety issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will notify you as soon as possible.
4. Payment
- Payment terms are stated on each quote or invoice.
- Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due on completion of the job.
- Late payments may incur reasonable collection costs.
- Paint and materials are typically supplied by the property unless explicitly included in the quote.
5. Property and Premises
You represent that you own the property or are authorized by the owner to have the work performed. You are responsible for:
- Providing safe access to the unit.
- Removing or protecting valuables and fragile items.
- Disclosing any known hazards (lead paint, asbestos, etc.) before work begins.
We carry standard liability insurance; certificates are available on request.
6. Warranty
We stand behind our workmanship for a period of 90 days after service completion. If paint fails due to our application error within that period, we will correct it at no charge. This warranty does not cover damage from tenant use, structural issues, or pre-existing conditions on the surface.
7. SMS and Communications

8. Use of the Website
You agree not to:
- Use the Website for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Website or its systems.
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute content without written permission.

We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason permitted by law, including abusive behavior or suspicion of fraud.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sharpline Painting Co.'s total liability arising from or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Utah County, Utah.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Website or our services after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
